How to Make an Upper Class Duck

With the latest updates from Pond Map 5.0, the biggest question has been how to obtain upper-class ducks. Today, we're diving into all the ways you can acquire an upper-class duck to enjoy the rewards of the wine distribution coming to the U.S.

The simple answer, in the words of Jeeper, is to 'Buy one or make one!'

Option 1: Buy One

Upper Class OG & Hell Ducks can be found on Opensea:

These ducks were created through pond activities that involved participation. As a reward, holders received a bag for a specific destination. When the time came to travel, the bags were burned, and the ducks embarked on their vacation. Upon their return, they had transformed into Upper-Class ducks with unique traits.

Option 2: Make One

The other way to gain an Upper Class Duck is to create one.

You have 2 options to create one.

1. Mint Passports
   Currently, you can make Upper Class Ducks with OG Ducks by minting passports. (See Below for Passport details.)

   

2. Buy Travel Bags
   Travel Bags were previously distributed during pond activities. Currently, you have the option to purchase these bags on OpenSea. When the opportunity arises to send your ducks on vacation, you can burn these bags to transform your OG or Hell Ducks (depending on the bag) into Upper-Class Ducks.

   

Ducks will soon have the opportunity to travel once more. If you'd like to send your OG or Hell Ducks on vacation, there are still some bags available in the Rare Items collection on OpenSea:

Mint a Passport

Supply: 555 passports

Price: 0.04 ETH + Gas

There are 7 possible passports you can mint. The cruise is the most rare and only 3 remain to mint. Since the duck cruise has come and gone, anyone who mints the cruise will receive the ETH equivalent of the cruise.

When can you use passports?

Once you mint a passport…

• Hang on to your passports until the window opens to use them.

• When spots open, the NoncoDucks team will post to Announcements in Discord & on NoncoDucks Official Twitter/X

• Do NOT burn your passport until this announcement is made

How to use passports?

1. When spots become available, go to the Passports channel in Discord.

2. Burn your passport first. Do NOT burn ducks!

3. Passports are sent to the Burn Address:

   • 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD

   • You can also find this address in the Official Links channel in Discord.

4. In the passport channel, click the passport button that corresponds to what you're sending. Follow the instructions to provide the transaction link from burning the passport and the duck number you want to change.

Note: You can burn multiple passports in one transaction but you must create one passport submission for each passport that you are submitting.

Important Rules:

• Do NOT Burn Ducks!

• Do NOT Send Decoupled/Assembled, Angel, or Zombie Ducks!

• Only OG Ducks Are Eligible for Passports.

• It's NOT Recommended to Send Royal Army Ducks.

Recommended Ducks for Passport Use:

• KGB, Sailor, and 1-1 Ducks Receive Backgrounds and Full Clothes.

  • It is recommended to use a 5T+ duck with or without a background - a floor duck would be best to use!

• The number of traits doesn’t affect the outcome.

• Backgrounds only matter for French Ducks to receive a fancier background.

• Xray changes the body ONLY so it is recommended to use a 4T duck if you would like to use it in the Decoupling Machine.
